Personal integrity

People who often blame others for their mistakes or incompetence lack personal integrity, and thus are unreliable.

Addiction to giving excuses is a sign of irresponsibility. It is rare to find people with this act teachable, and this limits them from being the best they can be.

Responsible people are not perpetual excuse orators. Integrity involves taking responsibilities for personal inadequacies. This is a resolve!
