Fix The Errors

It is better to correct wrongs than cover them. Unfixed errors taint outcomes.

Errors or mistakes are accidental wrongdoings, which are somewhat unavoidably part of life, irrespective of how careful one is. Every man is susceptible to misdeeds because no one is perfect; we are all work in progress towards perfection.

However, in spite of our imperfect nature, it is possible to be effective. Effectiveness in this regard is not a complete absence of mistakes, rather the ability to manage them appropriately, either by correction or prevention. The ability to deal with personal wrongdoings aptly is a great virtue.

Effective people take responsibility for their wrongs and deliberately work to redress them. People who cover personal misdeeds rarely enjoy lasting glory; even if they blossom, their uncorrected covered wrongs will eventually undo their shine.

Oftentimes, character stenches result from ignored and concealed behavioural wrongs that is done overtime.

Correction does not necessarily have to do with exposing oneself, rather, taking deliberate actions to make amends and prevent subsequent repeat.

Human errors multiply and become habitual when covered. Concealed wrongdoings mutate to life exhibits which inhibits the great potentials of positive outcomes of an individual's life. Uncorrected errors in any process badly affects results.

The crux here is that, at no period in our lives should we leave inadequacies unattended to,  because we never can tell when and where those omissions will serve as a loop hole to failure and shame.

It is essential that we learn to make deliberate efforts to fix any grey spots in our character so we can be gloriously presentable when and where it matters most.

Some people feel that admitting personal misdeeds is a weakness. No, it is not, rather a great strength. It shows one's readiness to be improve. Sometimes, sheer negligence, nonchalance, haughtiness or conceit make people unable to admit and adjust their wrongdoings.

For emphasis, effective people may not be perfect, but they know how to manage their fallibility by avoiding, mitigating, and/or redressing their undoings pronto.
Effective people are always curious for excellence, thus minimise and mitigate mistakes at all careful costs.

How you deal with mistakes or errors affect your pace of progress in life. If you don't expunge the dents of past errors you can not make the best of your present efforts.

The reason many leaders fail to have positive influence on their followers is because they fail to admit and correct their errors, instead they use power to cover them.

Noteworthy is the truth that errors covered and not corrected may remain inconspicuous for a while, but with time, they become exposed, making a public celebrity to a shameful figure. It can not be overstressed that it is always better to correct personal wrongdoings promptly lest they stain and spoil one's garment of honour, if concealed.

Coreect your wrongs rather than conceal!
