The Power of Association

Association is a delicate catalyst of influence; its forces leaves no one the same.

Association is a medium of impartation, with either positive or negative forces. It affects one's general being - physical, mental, and spiritual.

Relationship facilitates influence. The kinds of people an individual moves with closely plays a big role in shaping him or her.
A good company adds value, a bad one drains. Whom you move with affects whom you become. Your association gets you either better or worse.

Where you dwell affects what you do. A sheep in the fold of dogs will turn wild and eventually get destroyed. If you dwell in the company of achievers, you will likely become one. You can not be much different from the people you associate with.

Your network is a strong connection to your desired destination. To be productive, associate with productive people. To be brave, company with the lion-hearted.

Relationship is key to success in life; and it requires a lot of carefulness and deliberateness.

Colin Powell once said that, "the power of association is too real: the less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. Any time you tolerate mediocrity in others, it increases your mediocrity."

Associate with people of like minds of vision and values. Any relationship which does not spur you to know more, do more, and be more, may crush your potential to shine.

Mind your association.
