God is dependable

You might have been genuinely pursuing a good course and it seems like all efforts are futile. Don't lose hope, just bear in mind that, even if nothing is working out, God is working in progress!
As long as you are His child, He has good plans for you.

His works may be silent and invisible to you, but that does not imply He is dormant and incapable. Difficulty for man is not impossibility for God. Focus on Him alone sincerely and you would be settled.

Conversely, it is gross foolishness to abandon the Almighty God and turn to seek help from idols or engage dubious means to make your ways through; that will only serve you mountainous frustrations.

God is ever powerful and faithful. If He does not work for you, He is not at fault, you may have to check yourself if you are right with Him.
