Humility: a key for peak performance
Severally, I have had to ponder; how do you help an individual who needs help but proudly rejects (impliedly or expressly) by attitude the helper(s) God has positioned for them?
A. Abandon?
B. Pray for?
C. Counsel?
All these options are validly applicable, just that each has its timing and expiration period. However, it is godly to never resort to option "A" unless "B" and "C" have hopelessly failed.
But sincerely, the reason some people lose their destiny helpers and thus do (or will) not reach their peak (in life or on some tasks) is because they relate with their helpers like competitors, and even despitefully.
This, unfortunately, sometimes makes one who would have honestly and committedly given helpful counsels and complements to another resort unavoidably to being cautiously reserved, to prevent relationship friction.
Humility is an essential key to rising high; and teachableness is one of its indicators. Humility endears helpers. Check!
